Do you provide 24 hour assistance?
We provide 24/7 emergency assistance and have staff available for guidance during regular business hours.
What are your requirements for your caregivers?
All of our caregivers are trained according to the state requirements mandated for health care workers. Additional training is required in the areas of First Aid, CPR, HIPAA, HIV/Aids, and Medication Administration Validation. All staff must pass an extensive background screening process which includes a Level 2 background screening.
Will I meet my caregiver prior to them working in my home?
Absolutely, our partners want to ensure you are part of the process of choosing your caregiver. We will meet together and review your care plan.
Are you able to provide back-up caregivers in the event someone cancels?
In the event your caregiver is unavailable, we strive to fill the shift immediately. We have a broad base of caregivers that we have been working with for many years.
How do you monitor the activities and health conditions of the clients?
We develop close relationships with our clients and their families. We ensure our caregivers are providing the best possible care through quality assurance calls and regular home visits.
Do you provide a one-on-one visit with the client to discuss their care plan?
We provide a consultation, home safety check and assessment with our Registered Nurse or care coordinator prior to accepting any new clients.
